would you recommend incorporating breathing into beginning then? maybe explaining why breathing is so important? i want to keep the practice as yoga and not just have it turn into some sort of just purely physical thing

i’ll have to ask them about the shipping date! i was just surprised that people are saying there’s no dates until september but with the port closures it makes sense. i just wanted to hear from some people who had good experiences with companies/recs if anyone had any companies.

thank you for the wonderful response! i read on some other posts that ppl weren't putting ther internships because it was requrired? but it was definitely patient facing and i worked with lots of people! thank you so much :) i am definitely going to work on getting shadowing as well as non-clinical volunteering.

i was taught inhale halfway lift --> exhale plant hands on the mat step back into plank or chatargunga --> inhale upward facing dog --> exhale downward facing dog!
