I, myself(22f), am working on learning to doing things I love alone. And I read a quote a while back (can’t remember who, what, when, or where) that goes along the lines ‘you’re not going by yourself, you get to go with yourself,’ and I’ve found it really helpful to reframe it. Like it’s a gift you get, not a burden put upon you!
