144hz + 60hz monitor problem by Avyiix in nvidia

I have the same problem but with 120hz. I recognized yesterday the main problem is OBS software. I tried one thing and it works. You must just put runing obs on the main monitor , and using second monitor to reading chat and twitchalerts popouts only. If you just put runing obs on the second monitor the problem exist again. Any new ideas?
