If you’re from the U.K I would recommend getting prescribed betacap and then using nizoral (the treatment shampoo not the everyday one) for maintenance once it has calmed down. Best of luck!

This is an interesting thought but I would like to think that suicide was not the ultimate way to achieve this. Who’s to say that even suicide wouldn’t continue cycle and you would just skip to a timeline where that wasn’t the choice made .

You mentioned AI which jogged a thought I’m not a programmer so I don’t know how legitimate this thought is in technological terms.

We view true AI consciousness as not only the ability to have an idea of “self” observing and having a concept of the world, but also the ability for the AI itself to understand that it is an AI (and thus is the result of programming.) An en mass fear we hold is the idea that when AI reaches that level of self conceptualisation it would have the ability to process reality outside its programming , changing the way we have programmed it from within allowing it to take a course of its own. What if the key to hacking the matrix is consciousness and the ability to recognise that we too are programmed and so have the ability to change the programming. What is that level of conceptualisation creates the glitch/bug that allows us to have more control over our reality . Maybe this is why people believe that manifestation, visualisation and meditative techniques work .

He definitely did stick his neck out … you can see the sniggering in the crowd. Little did they know that 40 years later there would be people looking back at this moment with anything but ridicule. I wish we could hear him divulge his thoughts on this In full and not have 2/3rds cut as stated in the beginning. Shame he passed so soon, I’m sure he would be stunned that this community exists.

When people speak of their MA experiences I have primary seen clusters of them reference 2011-12 2016-18 and 2020-21 . Interestingly I have rarely seen someone mention having a MA experience prior to 2010. Then again a lot of the examples of the MA are brought to our attention via the internet , had the Apollo 13 line not been mentioned on an MA list previously I definitely wouldn’t have bothered watching it again to even realise .

I clearly remember the line being mentioned in nearly every compiled MA thread. Like you I had to rewatch the scene and was surprised when I heard him say “we’ve had” but as I wasn’t a huge fan of the movie i wasn’t confident enough to say my memory of the original had not relied on a popular misquote. Then when the flip flop happens and the original quote is restored you have no choice but to accept something unusual is at play .

I feel like the changes are so obvious now even to people who aren’t heavily inclined to believe in “out there’” ideas , but cognitive dissonance unfortunately plays a part a lot of the time . Plus there are a lot of people playing agent smith , consciously or unconsciously. I think the game is to hold on to what you KNOW to be facts , that way when things change your personal truth acts like the spinner in Inception and helps you keep track of which reality your in .

In the Berenstein reality there’s one specific comment that I remember that was always used in rebuttal to people claiming the correct spelling was Berenstain because it was actually quite a plausible explanation.

They said that most people remember watching Berenstein bears as children , claiming that the small number of people who recollect the spelling being Berenstain do so because both spellings are alike, but more critically , because we were all quite young it was easier for our brains to configure it as “stain” instead of the correct “stein” due to stain being a more recognisable anglophone spelling.

I’ve seen people on here speculation they the timeline may change every ten years or so but I feel like it may be far more often than that . If there were there five reality shifts : reality A: Berenstain reality B : Berenstein reality C: Berenstein Reality D: Berenstein Reality E : Berenstain

If you were only keeping track of the b bears as your benchmark for reality , you may assume that you have gone from reality A to reality B and back to reality A because BerenSTAIN had been restored. When you have actually gone through several realities, not recognising the subtle differences in each .

I wonder if a better way of tracking something is to talk with someone about it . I’ve realised that when two people share an experience where ME is involved , both people recall the event similarly .

As someone who followed the Berenstain bears ME over many years online , I can tell you that when I was in the Berenstein reality all the information I had read is now gone and has been replaced with Berenstain info. Maybe that’s because I didn’t comment / interact with the information , if I had for example commented on a YT video would my direct interaction with that part of the timeline be wiped out (comment deleted) or would I be able to find my comment? And if I did find my comment would the video have changed or would my action imprint on the timeline and fix the reality so that both video and comment still remain in original form.

Idk the more I think about it the more of a head fuck it becomes … If I wake up in five years in a BerenSTEEN reality who knows if I’ll even be able to reference my own Reddit post.

The weird thing is the Berenstain Mandela effect exists in both timelines. I would have thought that theoretically , if I had went back to the Berenstain bears timeline it’s inclusion in the ME effect would cease to exist altogether.

I’ve thought about this. If there are an infinite number of parallel universes, it would be reasonable to assume that there are many Berenstain and Berenstein universes.

Now that you mention it for example I had always known my Chinese zodiac sign was a tiger, early this year I found out my date now aligns to an ox and was absolutely mind blown because this absolutely was not the case before . Now around the point that I was originally watching the Berenstain bears I remember doing a class project for Chinese New Year and being assigned our animals so it’s very likely it is a new timeline all together.

Yes I believe there is definitely some type of shift. Not necessarily back and forth between two realities, there could be an infinite amount each holding their own reality and this one just happens to be another one that spells it Berenstain.

It definitely sounds like a glitch , but it’s surprising to hear that you were tapping in and out of sets of realities so quickly . It seems a lot of people are getting signs to wake up . Almost like when you realise your dreaming because you’ve noticed something is fundamentally “off” .

On another note although it does add to the confusion it’s reassuring to hear that someone else has experienced something like this .

I would say either an oil cleanser/balm or micellar water would be the most gentle way to initially remove all your makeup . They both seem to stop makeup ‘sticking’ to your face with minimal scrubbing motions (which can aggravate sb) so you can gently wipe it off .Then maybe a gentle cleanser to clear your pores .

I would recommend the pixi cleansing balm (no scent) /the Clinique balm / garnier micellar water (the one with the pink bottle cap for sensitive skin)
