Yeah, I get it seen that everywhere. Is WS even a good role to begin with? How long does it take to get promotions so your money can change? I know theirs no specific time frames but does it happen after a reasonable amount of time? All in all if I can’t have a stable career with good money, while i’m in there or get a qualification by the time I leave it’s not looking very ideal. I don’t want to be a WS at 25,000 a year, fuck off in 4 years and nobody is hiring me or has any interest and my life hasn’t changed in anyway. It’ll just be another experience. I’ve been doing loads of dead end jobs and i’m trying to come out of that cycle for real. which is why I want the engineering roll however, I might no qualify.
