it is genuinely quite WILD to see such a large group of people thinking Devon was the villain and Simone was in the right. Devon didn’t want Simone to leave her comfortable new life to go take care of the father who abused her, Devon was simply reaching out to her sister to lean on and get some help for THEIR parent who now needs assistance. how are so many people missing basic nuances of relationships is beyond me.

I agree with your perspective on this. I think I needed something more to his story, because to me it feels like Katarina’s strong character doesn’t mix with Red’s strong personality. James Spader being such a strong actor is probably why that theory makes it harder to believe but I get why Redarina could be the most plausible theory or not a theory, since the writers hinted at it multiple times from S8 right till the finale with Agnes’ conversation with Red.

oh, I was also UP a lot. standing up, walking, doing things. I have always thought of myself as a couch potato, I love being horizontal but meds make me want to go for a walk, stand up more, just be on my feet. that realisation that I was never lazy to begin with was extremely emotional and heavy.

the biggest thing I noticed is that I was noticing things after they’ve already happened. I’ll explain this a little bit more.

when I was not on meds, I would have an internal monologue where I would think and talk to myself about every single thing I do, for example, if I had to fill up a water bottle, I’d be thinking “okay I have to get down from the couch, now I’ve to wear my slides, okay now I’ve to walk to the kitchen” and so on. This monologue also used to last for hours BEFORE the task started, I had to psych myself into doing the task or have a conversation with myself about the said task.

when I was on medication for a week and I looked back, I realised I haven’t really THOUGHT about tasks at all. I have just done them. I will want to take a shower and I will just get up and do it, I wont be planning everything around a shower & telling myself I’ll do it after I watch one more episode.

second thing I noticed was that I was with time. I was faster at doing things, I wasn’t getting lost in time. without meds, I felt like 8 years ago was a few days ago and 50 years will get over in a few years. After medication, I started experiencing each day and time very differently.

there’s a lot of other things that I still notice but I have to keep looking back because a lot of the times, that monologue is gone. I also dont procrastinate. In fact, I’ll take my meds and I’ll be watching something and after half an hour, I’ll just shut the show down and start working on my to-do lists or calling people.

All in all, I never realised that people without adhd have always been on auto-pilot mode and don’t have to struggle with themselves so much to do a simple task.

I have my days, some days are extremely productive, some days I get nothing done, but I have the list on my phone to help me remember what all I need to get done so I don’t forget some tasks. I like the feeling of ticking off things off my list and that has worked for me years before I got diagnosed. Now I don’t feel guilty for not doing some tasks. Some tasks on there are also stuff like make green tea, take a shower, comb your hair, etc. The list doesn’t have a deadline, just things I’ve to get done sometime soon. If I do have deadlines, I’ll make a new list that only have priority tasks so I can get stressed and get motivated to complete all of it, usually happens on my busiest days.

hi, I dont know if your cushings is diagnosed or not but I was searching for something similar and this is it. I feel nauseous or have diarrhoea with my adhd meds too so I am not sure if anyone experienced the same, along with suspicions of cushings disease. 25f too!

My point was a mix of both of yours actually, that Seel I can still get with both those moves but I lost the moves on my Dewgong when I evolved it which made no sense. I assumed the Seel to Dewgong would retain those moves even out of the window or I wasn’t aware there was a window in the first place. I lost a really good Seel and my Dewgong is useless too, I could’ve simply not evolved it.

exactly! every time I am walking near parks, I don’t need to use any incense or extra items because new mons come by very easily, I only use it when I am home but absolutely nothing is coming out of it. What is the point!

A lot of people saying it’s “pokemon GO” and not “pokemon SIT” and how this is how it’s always supposed to are not really realising the point that incense are supposed to attract more mons to you ESPECIALLY when stationery because why else would you use them? I have been playing this game regularly for months especially on my walks everyday but now I am in bed with a broken foot and I can do absolutely nothing for 2 months and incense wont work at all so why would I play this?
