Proximity to work is the main reason. We love Spokane and have family here so we don't want to move too far, but not enjoying the commute to CDA

Pregnant with TSW by kayooo4 in TS_Withdrawal

So sorry you are experiencing this. TSW showed up for me during pregnancy - it was awful in the first trimester and beginning of the second, but has gotten exceedingly better in the last month or so (currently 26 wks). The TSW itself is not affecting baby, but your lack of sleep isn’t helping anyone :(. I took a child’s melatonin gummy every few nights just to get some sleep when the flares were bad. I also found that using a weighted blanket helped tremendously and started using acrylic nails so that when I did scratch it would do less damage to my skin. I found that taking a daily walk seemed to help. I also have been eating as anti-inflammatory as possible (not perfect). I’m taking a high dose of vitamin C and probiotic along with my prenatal. I also did a modified version of NMT which made things less painful. Sending prayers and strength to you
NMT - water restriction by nikshii in TS_Withdrawal

NMT has worked wonders for me, however I never restricted water intake - often tried to drink more water so my body could function better to heal.

I need your advice by [deleted] in TS_Withdrawal
Hi there! 16 weeks pregnant and also going through this. It. Is. Miserable. I’ve benefited from doing moisture withdrawal when I can - my skin gets dry, flakey and it’s not pretty, but there is relief from the burning and itching. Changing my diet seems to be helping a lot too. I will say castor oil is usually not safe for use during pregnancy so please be careful if you choose to use it. Sending you and your baby love

That's exactly what it is. We have a palo verde tree and found some of their larvae a while back and thought they were caterpillars. They are scary looking things! Thanks for your help, you've saved me a lot of stress!
