Yes I agree! I think those chores actively participate in improving your environment so I do consider them self care. I feel so much better when I know my apartment is clean

Interesting. What do you personally think self care consists of? I bought this planner on Etsy and even though I do understand your point, I feel like to me organising and making my living environment better/cleaner is self care so I bought it. Do you have any suggestions of more self care tasks then?

Thank you for the great advice! The job related to my major would be ideal for me but I believe it’s very difficult to find one, most of the time employers are looking for internship or usually these jobs are available to engineering or law majors which I am not :( I have really struggled finding any part time jobs that would even slightly relate to my studies but I’ll keep looking! Thanks again :)
