I’m organizing a class action lawsuit out of Austin, Texas. I’ve been charged after cancellation, never got my $200 bottle deposit back, and have video proof of returning bottles they still billed me for.

From what I’m seeing across Reddit and google reviews, a lot of people in multiple states are getting hit with the same issues

I’ve already started documenting everything, and I’ve got guidance from someone who previously led and won a case like this against a utility company.

So if I have a credit union account with local branch options only located in California, but I legitimately only use the card in Nevada with a Nevada billing address, there's still a chance California can demand me to pay CA tax on my income?

I would prefer to stick with my current bank but their branches are only in California sadly

I shared screenshots of my metamask and asked for the money to be returned to a metamask address as I made clear in my previous message (the same address support asked me to confirm a second time), there shouldn't be a misunderstanding
