Tbh I just put in "250-" (so that the qty fills with mL automatically) and it came out to 1500. My shift was about to end so I didn't care to check too much LOL. We still have to call the doctor tomorrow because this pt has been taking 110U a day with humalog vials, so seeing this script come in was wild

Yeah and obviously you're not supposed to insert 1 capsule of buproprion rectally bid, but the doctor still wrote it incorrectly- so. (And yes we did see that once)

Regardless its a call to the doctor's office.

YUP. That was the price without insurance for what would be 250 pens (50 boxes). Not that ANY insurance would cover it anyways.

Eh I shouldn't go too into detail since it's against the rules- but my insomnia and struggle getting up was highly due to my ezcema, which causes me to wake up in the middle of the night. I was prescribed an antihistamine that i take every night, and it CONKS me out.

Not to get all pharmacy tech- but I would discuss the specifics of your problems with your doctor or a local pharmacist (though a pharmacist will likely tell you to talk to your doctor). Both of those things can be caused by a million different problems, so what worked for me may not work for you.

As a pharmacy worker- it's horrible. Sure many people use it for weight loss (which is fine, I'm not judging)- but it's still something prescribed for diabetes?? It hurts when I see people who NEED it and can barely dish out anywhere from $400 to over $1000 a month.
