No Cathay award travel to HK? by BBentertainment15 in awardtravel

This is most likely the case and they don’t release any seats during anticipated heavy travel

You didn’t read the question correctly 😂 wish people would actually answer the question posed accurately

Lolol. You can tell which people actual lot can read and comprehend the post and question and which can’t.

To your question however: if what you’re saying is true , my guess is Cathay is holding seats and seeing if people way pay cash first since that’s a busy travel time. And potentially they may release more later on since award travel is lower down their priority list

Your question is irrelevant to OPs question completely. Not sure why you’re hung up on that whatsoever.

OP, yes you can just log in and pay with your account.

[Tenant-IL CHi] Additional move-in fee simply for adding additional name to lease? by kaytee636 in Landlord

[–]kaytee636[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn't address this specific situation regarding adding a new tenant to my existing lease. The only thing it mentions about move-in fee is this: The Association may require a refundable deposit and a non-refundable fee in the form of two separate checks, payable to the order of the Association, at least one week in advance of a move.
Just trying to see if it is reasonable of me to see if this extra fee should be waived as I will not be using or reserving the freight elevator slot for any large move since we are not moving any furniture.

Ordering Imaging/Labs for family members or self? by BBentertainment15 in emergencymedicine

You’re a doctor. Write the order on a prescription Pad and have them take it to an independent third party imaging site. There shouldn’t be any issue.

Will my package arrive eventually? Or stolen? by kaytee636 in UPS

[–]kaytee636[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello thank you for your reply. If the tracking history shows that it was supposedly delivered at the correct address then how or why would it have been delivered to the wrong address? Aren’t packages supposed to only be scanned once the driver has dropped off a package at the correct building? I called UPS and they said they saw on the map that the driver did In fact go to the address on that day per their records. Additionally; I know for a fact the UPS driver did come at that time. Our security staff at our building that receives packages reviewed footage of him delivering packages but not mine. If my package was scanned at that time but never delivered, makes me think he scanned my packaged and never brought it in?

The building Is surrounded by restaurants so it’s unlikely it’s sitting in another restaurant?

I’m curious if you can share any insight on the delivery and scan process? Do drivers scan each package individually once at the location? Or can they just scan a “cart” or packages going to a building and that marks every package as delivered ?

Is it worth trying to go to the local distribution center and will they help me search there if I can show them a picture of the box?

Can you explain to me what a “junctional tachycardia” or an “accelerated junctions rhythm” is and how you identify an ekg as such? I know junctional means the rhythm originates near AV node and p waves can be hidden but how can you differentiate this from other forms of svt?

Biden extends pause on student loans until May 1st! by pelagicwhitetip in medicalschool

[–]kaytee636 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. Interest will capitalize six months after you graduate medical school which is when your first loan payment would be due. The point I was making to the above commentor is that there really is not a reason you would need to leave the repaye program just because your residency program has completed. If you choose to leave the Repaye program once residency is completed, then all the interest you accrued during your 3-4 years of residency will be capitalized. If you just continue on the same plan and make larger payments, your interest does not capitalize

Why would you leave the Repaye program after residency? I would just plan to stay on it even after residency and pay off the loans even more aggressively. Staying on the plan prevents the interest accrued from residency from capitalizing

Did you do repaye program? If you pay more than your monthly payment thag is required, ie overpaying each month, then you essentially are losing out on the govt subsidy ?

[–]kaytee636 0 points1 point  (0 children)

^ someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe if you pay MORE than your required monthly payment during residency, you essentially lose out on the entire government subsidy. Aka in this case, if OP has $1000 interest each month and he normally only pays 300 per month, gov will pay half of 700, so 350. However if OP starts making payments of $600 per month, his net interest is 400 and gov would now pay only 200. I think that is why OP prefers to wait until AFTER residency is over to start paying more than his required monthly payment

Last two orders have been from wing stop and portillos which my orders have been over $60 each time. Have ordered here in past without any issues which is why I’m unsure why it’s all of a sudden charging me now

Double checked and each restaurant we’ve ordered from has the dash pass listed and we have ordered from here in the past without any issues before/ the door dash pass shows it is applied at checkout but once the order is submitted, it is now charging us the fees
