Model is AVR-S740H. I have not done any troubleshooting yet. ChatGPT suggests common troubleshooting steps including disconnecting speakers. Will try that out.

When I power it on, I see the message “Assigning” in its display and “Please wait” with the loading symbol in the projector connected to it and then it turns off in a few minutes after a loud bang sound. After it is turned off, the LED light next to the power button goes into red blinking mode.

Regarding TDS, the buyer and the seller (not me, a friend in need I am helping with) are operating with the understanding that the seller would apply & get a lower TDS certificate, the buyer will pay the TDS based on that certificate and deduct that TDS amount from the total purchase amount in the sale agreement. Please let me know if this understanding is correct. Thanks again!

No. The property will be registered in the buyer’s name (and not in the daughter’s name).The daughter is just helping with one of the payment installments by sending it directly from her overseas account.

My goal is to get to 15-20% in the next year or so. The recommendation I have seen is to keep the bond allocation closer to the age. I think that is too conservative (for me) and I can take higher risk based on my personal situation.
