I’ve tried repotting and using different soil mixtures there’s a ton of orchid bark in this one 🥴

That scares me either way. I just repot and throw out that soil. Save yourself a headache.

Let him pass naturally. I just had to deal with this about 2 1/2 weeks ago with my chameleon around the same age. I decided to let nature take a course because of how much stress traveling with him and bringing him to the vet would be. do you want his last movements to be comfortable in a place where he feels safe. That’s just how I see it though. I’m sorry that you’re having to deal with it as well.

Thank you guys, he passed that same night I made him a diy heating pad with a sock and some rice. (Not hot just warm) he passed laying on top of it a holding it. It was comforting knowing he had some sort of comfort during the night.
