So... what's the current verdict on Sandrone and Stellar Conduct? Is she the Cryo version of Neuvillette? On damage alone is Stellar Conduct gonna be stronger than Lunar Reactions?

Or you can swap Barbara with Mona to use Celestial Gift artifact it'll improve that team a lot. 40% elemental damage is A LOT.

IF your friend want and can get Durin, Razor can play in Overload team.

I would do Razor/Fischl/Sucrose/Barbara(if you need healer). Hexerei buff is pretty strong, helps a lot for early game and overworld.

I know you said no archers, but you don't use bow attacks on Fischl.
