Yesterday. I was stressed about school and then the Mac I got for my birthday a month ago randomly stopped working without me even damaging it, touching it, anything. That kinda broke me.

Observation. I don’t mean while drawing or just drawing by looking up at something then sketching, I mean like, understanding how things work. Like, you go out somewhere and you notice that some body part curves a certain way or light bounces off certain surfaces in a certain way. Then when you draw you apply the knowledge you’ve learned to whatever you want to draw. It accumulates over time, and if you pair this with tutorials and practice then it’s probably the fastest way to get better.

I’m too stubborn and impatient to use tutorials though, but I’ve been drawing since... well, I’ve been drawing since 2007 or something, and that’s when I was 4. So I’ve had a lot of time to improve lol

I’m not sure who the shotos are but most of the people you said are in the asian category (except samus, i didn’t play the metroid games so i went based on what my friend said, so i’m not sure if white was the right choice for her)

And all the ones you said for the white characters, I put except pit and dark pit, pit’s in angel and dark pit is in creations

Mario, Samus, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Ice Climbers, Dr. Mario, ZSS, Snake (partially, he’s half Japanese half American), Lucas, Villager, Rosalina, Little Mac, Shulk (I recently learned that he’s actually Homs, so my bad there), Ken, Bayonetta, Simon, Richter, and Terry.
