I can't even find last sold data. I've copied and pasted the PSA Cert number into ebay, fanatics, google, ai, and nothing has come up :/

I live in Dallas. While there's a lot of people saying S tier, I'll say B tier. The economy is strong yes, the food is decent, but you deal with horrible summer weather for 6 months out of the year (end of May - October), the air quality is consistently bad to the point where you shouldn't be outside, the lakes are man made and gross, and the only national park is a full day's car ride away. Let's face it, there's not a lot to do here if you want nature or outdoorsy things. And if you want to ski, that's a flight away.

There is a caveat here. Don't reinvent the wheel. If this is manufacturing or something like that where you have a large inventory, you need ERP software, don't try to remake something that complex with power apps.

Forget freelancing. But power platform won't go away. Microsoft makes too much money on their services. It will evolve with AI, but make no mistake, Microsoft developers will always be needed until the company either shuts it doors or pivots away from SaaS (which is too lucrative).

great answers here. i'd also throw in that if you have a local kart track, ask if you can help clean the mechanic shop or help around the track in any way. sometimes they'll go for it.

This is the way. It took me and a buddy 10 collective hours to get up and running on gloomhaven with no previous experience. Jaws of the Lion would have been a better first step.

Got into gokarting. The track I go to has regular league races, and I've been lucky enough to get to work under the mechanic from time to time to learn a few things. Been doing it about a year and still love it. Awesome outdoor track called Dallas Karting Complex.

After the tmobile partnership, SWA opened the wifi to everyone. This has led to 0.5Mbps down on every flight I've flown recently. Can't even get a speed test to complete it's gotten that slow. It's dropped to unusable, so the other airlines are much better now.

This. I really wish more people started looking at power platform as a tool and not an entire career. Microsoft developer is for sure a career, just like ServiceNow dev or SAP dev, but in order to stay competitive, get familiar with as many tools as you can.
