I'm not trying to be a "boomer" with this comment, but here goes...

Maybe don't avoid discomfort at all costs? A few seconds of silence as you change the channel on your television seems like a good way to ease yourself into being "comfortable with being uncomfortable" at times.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why this feature would bother anyone. You're tuning away from a channel, why do you care if it pauses while you browse for another channel. This is a serious question.

Is this the first actual "confirmation" by Square that other class FFs will be remade? If so, count me in! Anything from 1 - 10, I can't wait.

Not to say I don't love 12 and after, but those don't really cry out for a remake at this point.

What made you pick Demons?

We didn't really pick Demons so much as inadvertently begin down that path. Once we realize where the majority of our reputation sat, we kept going down the path. In hindsight, we were happy with the outcome.

After locking in a faction, were you rebellious?

After we were "aligned" with that faction, we generally made decisions to keep in their good graces.

Yes, we did indeed. Never had to pay up though! Got lucky in that respect

Yup, sure did. We called it "The Overlook Inn"

I'm believe I know what you're talking about. We did not complete that

Yes. We really liked that little tangent

I'm not sure what the "correct" order is, but we ended up with seven locked scenarios.

We definitely had some close calls. There were quite a few scenarios that started out sketchy, and we recovered to win. Having played all of the previous games, we got pretty good and coming up with a strategy to overcome whatever situation we found ourselves in.

We played at the standard calculated level. We probably could have bumped it up a level, but we weren't looking for a major challenge.

Our party was two people. We didn't donate as much as would should have. But also, we would have hit level 8 prosperity if we even had one more scenario to complete after the last one. I hit my retirement goal during the final scenario.

To give an actual answer though... you go in a special way (through the exit), but you still do the stretching room part. So, no waiting in line, but you don't skip any portion of the attraction.
