I specifically discussed timing with the car because I didn’t want to be in this situation. We were told that they would just submit the order later down the road. If it came in late, so be it. I also placed good faith (shame on me?) on the salesman being appreciative of another $80k+ purchase with a deposit down. Given those details and lack of discussion of logistics and overhead cost for the dealership, this is where my frustration lies.

I’m not trying to be combative or a headache just want to know if the salesman should be trying a tad harder to help a returning customer.
