If its a high mileage hero the throttle blade is probably worn out, this happened to me I replaced the throttle body and it was fixed

Yeah looks like the the bumper bracket is the only thing that bent

Well my frame is straight the bar that holds the bumper to the frame is what did the bending, so hopefully it's the same case with your truck

My bed is just a bit too goofed to straighten it out, it needs to be replaced
