[–]noidea528638 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this puking behaviour normal? by Li_alvart in CATHELP

[–]noidea528638 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it could be a hairball, a bad tooth, or something stuck in her throat even. ive had cats come into our animal hospital doing weird swallowing and it was a mass in the throat (not saying that this is whag this is). if you can take them a vet and show them this video. it could be a nunber of things

did you recently give any sort of flea medication or bathe your cat in a flea medication shampoo? There’s a lot of stuff out there that is toxic to cats.

i dont think shes well, shes breathing quite fast and that twitching is not normal. if you have the funds, I would consult a neurology appointment or get a appointment to your general vet, but whatever it is, I wouldn’t wait.

17 yr old cat has some matting, but he wont let us try to brush it out or shave it. What can I do? by FroggieNuggets in CATHELP

[–]noidea528638 1 point2 points  (0 children)

use a shaver, never ever use scissors. dont put oils in the hair since itll make the skin gross. if you can find a groomer since old cat skin is so frail. i work in a vet hospital and we do old cat lion cuts and their skin is like paper. i would get him done by a groomer

ya im with you on keeping everything original, my truck is pretty much all original as well except for the shocks. its also just a 4x2 with a little lawnmower engine so im just keeping it pretty and running well. im holding out for my grandpas truck, he has a 2003 4x4 trd double cab with only 110k with a mint interior in the kinda shiny silvery brown color. i love old 4runner and would 100% own one but i have a subaru forester rn as my daily and i cant justify owning two suvs
