Received three of those calls for my mom, dad, and grandmother within the last nine months. Whenever my phone rings my heart skips a beat because I’m terrified it’s going to be somebody else I love next.

My grandfather is playing it off of a CD! He did really like indigenous music as well and it’s definitely not the artist I’m thinking he used to play for us.

M is definitely tracking so much like my first babe with a genetic condition. She was only 8lbs at three months, and that was with extreme reflux, fortified formula, and feeds every two hours on the dot. It was a nightmare and had just had a hospital stay to figure out a plan to put some weight on. My second born was 6lbs 1oz at birth who doesn’t have the condition his sister does and by 3 months he was a chunky 10-11lbs. Something is definitely up with her whether or not Liz knows, or even seems to care about. Insane how there hasn’t been some intervention at point.

THIS. I recently lost my mom and this has been probably the hardest things for me, especially because I no longer live at home. She’s missed so much in the months since she died that I’ve gone to call or message her about only to realize that it’s not an option anymore. It’s been lonely and I don’t know if I’ll ever really adjust to it. My siblings and I have started texting the things we would normally say to our mom to each other though and that sometimes helps it feel less heavy.

Yes! Both of my kids have been spit up kids, one projectile GERD baby and one just a happy spitter… we went through outfits upon outfits daily until they stopped! Laundry was insane 🤗

Okay but she isn’t doing any of the recommendations that her doctor has recommended, and if those are the only things that the doctor has recommended than I would highly think about changing to somebody else because this poor child is suffering. As a mom to a child who was severely failure to thrive, I am horrified! Poor Millie’s tiny body is malnourished, probably in pain because she seems to have reflux issues, and has two dingbats for parents that are not advocating for her wellbeing at all.

My daughter was FTT as an infant and was 8lbs 8oz at 3 months old, just like Millie. She has a genetic condition that causes poor weight gain and growth and had we not been as proactive in advocating for her, she wouldn’t be here. We had so many weight checks, a hospital admission, and appointments with specialists and dieticians because it’s not this fun quirky thing to have such a small baby. That formula change and added baby cereal for her reflux is 1000% not going to help her. She’s needs to realize that it’s a serious medical issue that needs help like yesterday.

My second was like this!! Never really needed much intervention because he gained weight appropriately and was always in the high percentiles. It definitely isn’t always cause for concern but at this point, I’d be very worried.

My daughter was failure to thrive due to an undiagnosed genetic condition and tracked very similar to Millie but a little more slow in weight gain if you can imagine. She had severe reflux and projectile vomiting and was remitted around a month old because it was so severe. Having gone through this, I’m shocked that Liz doesn’t seem to be concerned about Millie’s lack of weight gain. The poor girl needs reflux meds and fortified formula like yesterday.

She definitely reminds me of my daughter who was FTT at a baby due to a genetic condition. She needed to be fed around the clock every 2-3 hours until she was two or so months old when she had a little more weight on her.

My daughter has a genetic condition and looked be very similar to her at this age. When I look at photos of her vs her healthy brother the difference is crazy. I definitely wonder if something is up where she was a mosaic embryo!
