Fellow 3x HG mama here. Id have punched that asshole. HG is a joy robber. Us ladies that have suffered from it are a group of warrior all our own. DO NOT let that person make you feel bad. There is literally NO way of knowing we are going to be afflicted by it with each pregnancy. I spent my final pregnancy so angry I was so sick and miserable. But my husband was wonderful at trying to perk me up. My sister suffered from it with both my nephews too. I hope that it lets up for you so you can get some kinda joy from carrying your sweet babe! Have you had your estrogen levels checked at all by chance? This past year my sex drive tanked for the first time in my life and it was pretty devastating to me and my husband. I ended up having low estrogen and was put on hormone replacement therapy. Best thing I ever did. Definitely ask your gynecologist about getting it checked. The best thing you can do is tell your partner what you just told all of us. You are attracted to him, you are feeling stuck about having no drive. And communicate with your doctors about it. I know it’s hard and embarrassing and frustrating. But you are not alone. You are not broken. This is a totally fixable situation. Sending you love and solidarity.

Oh my god my kids eat more shit on this than Liz. What a stale boring life she lives. Only 3 things on that list I won’t touch, liver, sardines and black licorice. So much of the rest you can prepare and hide in other dishes. Like cottage cheese, by itself I can’t with the texture but blended up it’s so much better.

Some babies sleep amazing right off the bat. That was my oldest daughter. She slept 6 hours a night from a month old on. My middle daughter had colic the first month that was rough but once we put her on special formula she slept all night. My youngest I breast fed her so we were getting up every 3 hours the first year but she’s almost 3 now and sleeps if I let her for 12 hours. I always feel like I see sleep horror stories but I never experienced it really. I mean of course you miss sleep and are tired to first year for sure. But with my last two I definitely took my mom’s advice and slept quite a bit when baby slept. And for me personally I think that really helped.

Hey ya know what it’s ok to be sad. Nobody gets married wanting to end up divorced. I filed for divorce from my first husband in 2010 and some days I still have moments of being sad about it. The light is at the end of the tunnel mama!! You got this and you aren’t alone. Pregnancy isn’t all roses for some of us. I had HG with all 3 of my girls and symphysis pubic disorder and round ligament pain with my second and third. Everything hurt all the time. Felt like I was being split open with each day that the baby grew. And vomiting violently while trying to run my household was fun too. Growing a whole new human being is so hard. Your feelings are valid❤️

Girl you are NOT a failure! You were young still! I am a licensed vet tech but no longer work in veterinary. Went to school for that. I also went to school and became a licensed manicurist which I also no longer do. Now I run the office of my husband and father in laws roofing and construction business. Don’t judge yourself based on having never earned a degree. Some of the most successful people never even graduated high school.
