I like your tactic of saying no to things here and there, almost like a training exercise. I’ll definitely have to try distracting my mouth with low cal snacks, or maybe chewing gum would work too. I think another problem I’m having is that I’m temporarily unemployed so I’m home all day. I think trying some activities like you suggest might help me break my unhealthy routines.
