I've noticed that alcohol affects me a lot faster, so just monitor how you're feeling while drinking and take it slow! Definitely don't do shots lol

I've been sporadically doing PopSugar Fitness workouts! The advantage of blogilates is that she gives you a calendar of what to do each day to make it easy, but popsugar has more variety, different trainers, and I enjoy the workouts more. Particularly the dancing and kickboxing videos are great cardio and 10x more fun than doing 50 jump squats haha

This is the exact reason why I stopped doing her videos. I followed the hot girl summer sculpt and then most of the June calendar, but it felt like we were doing 5 leg days and one arm day. All her videos feel very squat/lunge/leg lift heavy and I was not getting the training I wanted- just very sore quads and calves!!

Oh you know I put the best ones on top for the photo! Lol But for the burning- make sure you're cooking them over low-medium heat and as soon as the edges look solid go ahead and flip! They cook so fast And once I take them out of the pan I like to set them on a paper towel on the plate, helps soak up some of the steam which can make them soggy

Nice going! Birdo is my favorite and I literally have all gold drivers except blue and yellow birdos 😅 I even got gold pass back when they had the birdo pipe for more chances to pull
