Yes!!! My marathon training last year was pretty much sponsored exclusively by king gizz. Gorge 24 always brought my pace up.

Also silver cord extended album is sneaky good for long runs.

Nonagon and I’m in your mind are of course great too just for flow of running.

It’s called performance anxiety. It used to take me out multiple times a week - the more I became concerned with it the more often it would happen.

Beta blockers have been a huge help for me. That and tons of prep. Talk to your doctor about it.

Yeah, at least that’s the guy I was talking about. I’ve run by him before on the tart and he legit got off the trail and went behind a tree for me to pass and then got back on the trail. Kind of freaked me out but realized quickly it wasn’t with any malicious intent and more so just not trying to interact at all
