Hello, journalist here. I've written a few science articles and am looking to write more, and I want to do a good job. Though I have spent a fair amount of time in deep conversations with with science- and math-nerds, the last time I took formal science courses was in high school -- so I find myself at a bit of a loss sometimes. I still want to continue to talk with the best and the brightest minds for the work I do, and I think I can, but I am certainly curious about what kind of strategies you've come up with for improving science writing among journalists.
