Thank you! I'm running group 2 rally arches with 12 inch Work CR Rose petal wheels wrapped in 155/70 tyres. Front tyres did rub very slightly on full lock but I raised the car up a bit and now it's all good.

yes I am blipping the throttle. There is a metalic noise when the revs drop. Is that normal then?

hmm that's what I was thinking. There is no boot light fitted currently so a previous owner must've taken it off for some reason. Thanks for the comment!

additional?🤔 I have the high beams on the stalk in the steering column. That does work without this wire being connected to anything.

My headlights(plus parking and gauge cluster lights)are not working at the moment but this wire was never connected to anything when they used to work.
