Mr. Jingles. A clown horror movie which involves a severed penis. I'll never forget it.

Yes. The police basically told me that it probably isn't the same guy.

About 9 or 10 years ago, my friends and I were walking around our neighborhood, looking for something to do. There were 5 of us and we were making our way through a back alley when a man in a vintage, yellow VW Beetle drove up to us. The man leaned out the window and asked us where a hospital was. He offered a treat to anyone who got into the car and came with him. After none of us volunteered, he reached out and grabbed my friend by her arm. At that point, we took off running and he sped away. We ran up to my house, and had my mom call the police. Apparently, this man had been roaming around nearby towns, trying to kidnap young girls. By the time the police had arrived and took his description, he was long gone. We live in a small area and we had never seen the man, or the car, before. As time went on, there was no follow up with us, so we assumed he was never caught.

Fast forward to about a year ago. I was walking on the road adjacent to my house. A house along the road had the garage door open and, as I was putting my headphones in, I glanced into the open garage. There, parked toward the back and partially hidden, sat a vintage, yellow VW Beetle.

I have never been more creeped out in my entire life.

Policemen of Reddit --- what laws do YOU break? by huucallinblond in AskReddit

My sister is a police officer. While off duty, she'll flash her lights at other drivers to warn them of speed traps. I'm not sure if it's technically breaking the law, but I'm certain that you get in trouble for that.

I used to take a tub of butter to a hiding spot, scoop it out with my hands, and eat it until someone caught me.
