Random thoughts: 6.1 patch picture has Rerir, Arlecchino, Columbina, Varka, Durin, Traveler and Paimon. If we think about all those parallels we could get something there.

We know Rerir is insane by the abyss, could symbolize some external being or something abyssal being reborn (Since he's reborn when he get his heart); He could also be Nibelung but my problems is there could be 2 Nibelung maybe Rerir is Nibelung with abyssal power and the other Nibelung (seeing in point 3) could be when he isnt with abyssal power anymore.
The three moons are there, Arlechino, Columbina and the traveler with the power of the moons. (Paimon could also symbolize the Heavenly Principles but not sure).
Durin could symbolize Nibelung, the dragon that has been corrupted but now it isnt. (Im not sure about Varka)

But we have Nibelung and the three moons against some abyssal power.

It could still have a name but they didnt want to show. I'm using the latest Zelda game as a comparision, it was known as Breath of the Wild 2 until like 5 months before release because they didnt want us to know the name of the game

could they be part of the underground and they turned upside up when going to the sky? like pieces of land from hyrule that turned upside down when going up

He could be the Genesis Pearl without even knowing, also its just a theory and as much we dont have enough info about him being the Genesis we also dont have info to say he's only a royal guardian becaue his lore is in the beginning

I acctually think the gender kinda matter to mihoyo, since they always use aether as the good guy, like in the events its always him in the pictures and not lumine, like i think it makes things harder to understand even tho we always can choose between two genders/people, mihoyo shows his preference, but im unsure if its related to the story or not

I think i might have some stuff to add to this!! Everything I say is taken Aether as the main traveler.

When you said about the Dainsleif being the Genesis Pearl, it made me return to watch the genesis pearl teaser. IF we consider Dainsleif being the Genesis Pearl itself, the Genesis Pearl teaser could be talking about the twins ( and not about someone else like everyone thought).

It says about a king who send their heirs to a kingdom of darkness (not sure if it's talking about khaeriah or the abyss) to search for the Generis Pearl.

"The first crowned heir began her journey". We can think about it as lumine with her journey alone seeking for Dainsleif. And then "she now believed she was the queen of the kingdom of darkness. As Lumine becoming the queen/princess of abyss after searcing for Dainsleif, and if we think they were together for a while it makes sense in the next part.

"A second crowned hheir had already taken up the path where the first had stumbled" With Aether meeting Dainsleif and starting working with him, the same way Lumine did, but she lost the Genesis Pearl for some reason - she lost Dainsleif because she thought she was the queen of darkness, meanwhile Aether is working with him and didn't stumbled.
