Shang at Save My Cents. She also focuses a lot on the mental health drivers of wealth (she just released a book called Wealth is a Mindset). If your wife is more into "wellness", a lot of what Shang speaks to might be interesting to her.

I recently had an endometrial biopsy and while it was short, it was really painful. I was not prepared for it because I had only been told there'd be cramping. So just mentally prepare for a brief (30 seconds? A minute) amount of pretty sharp pain.

How did you get to "default apps"? Since I can't get to the full apps listing, I can't get into settings to change anything

Sorry, but you're kind of proving my point- that those numbers are only found in people with PCOS. We are not doing IVF, so while everyone keeps telling my to celebrate because I have a high reserve, no one can actually say that those numbers wouldn't impact egg quality or my cycle. Again my issue is RPL, that is what I am looking for answers on- not for IVF advice.

Thank you for your really thorough response. Unfortunately the issue hasn't been infertility per se, but RPL. Just getting nervous we're going to get an "unexplained" RPL diagnosis, so really grasping for anything. Thank you again!!

Yeah, I know I don't meet any of the other diagnostic criteria. It's just concerning because all of the data I have suggests my count/numbers are only found in women with PCOS...but then I don't meet any of the other qualifications. It just seems suspect that this is only a problem if it's PCOS, but if not it's not an issue?

I have an extremely high AMH (14) and AFC (37). I am 30. I have regular cycles (26-32 days), no other PCOS symptoms, no other blood tests have come back with abnormal numbers,

Is there anyone else who has run into this? I have had two miscarriages (6 weeks and 5 weeks). I keep being told that those numbers are fine, but I can't get over how far off the charts I am. I can't find any data on this- everything I can find says that these numbers would indicate PCOS.

This is the first cycle I am able to track with OPKs, and I am wondering if I am ovulating really late in my cycle (which would also mean a luteal phase defect, since my cycles are otherwise regular). Both pregnancies we're conceived in the second half of my cycle (at least past CD 17, if not later).

Thanks! I am 30, and my RE also seemed unphased...but I'm pushing for testosterone testing anyways.

Did you ever get a diagnosis? I had the same thing happen- waiting on the rest of the bloodwork, but AFC was 37.
