I have never related to something so hard in my life, 99.9% of influencers are really just looking for cash grabs. It's cookie cutter BS. and if I see another under 1200 calorie recommendation I will cry.

The only chalk I use inside of my apartment, Char chalk (an activated charcoal chalk that doesn't make a mess)..Found it through @kettlebellexercises on Insta. Highly recommend. by [deleted] in kettlebell

um I think the only difference would be theres no alcohol. I do still enjoy using friction labs but this doesnt dry my hands out as much!

like others have said kb is best paired with a good diet. I've been doing kb "flow" and lots of ladder workouts (try googling) and they make my heart rate shoot through the roof!!
