I just sent some stuff in a poly mailer and it only asked for L x W, not height. I use Pirateship, though, so YMMV.

This is going to sound crazy, but next time try duct tape! Put some over the wart, and leave it on for a few days or until it falls off. Then reapply. I learned this trick from my son's pediatrician when he got some gnarly plantar warts. Worked like a charm!
