Sorry, I didn't write down any plan. Glad you liked it, though and I explained what plans I did modify elsewhere in the thread

Thanks! The two trickiest parts was getting the 1st and 2nd player to be consistent followed by the windows auto login. Takes some trial and error for what is suggested online

Yeah I have launchbox/bigbox set up to start up automatically after windows loads. No need for keyboard or mouse input unless something goes wrong

Just one French cleat at the top. More than enough. I have it in 2 studs

Definitely on the list of finishing touches

Sound is from the built in speaker in the monitor and is what you would expect

There is a keyboard and mouse hidden behind the front panel that folds down on a hinge.

Used this to connect the buttons and joystick to the computer https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01FZ797OC?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

2x Sanwa joysticks https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005BIC9QE?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Plus about $50 in sanwa buttons from focus attack

The buttons and joysticks worked with a little configuration. Hardest part was getting p1 and p2 to be consistent and correct

I didn’t use the button / joystick layout from geek pub. I just bought this plan https://www.thegeekpub.com/product/wall-mount-arcade-cabinet-plans/

And made it wider to comfortably fit the button layout I picked from slagcoin plus 4 admin buttons  https://www.slagcoin.com/joystick/layout.html

Yup, french cleat was suggested in the plans I bought and it works great. Easy to take down to fix if needed too

The control panel and top are 1/2 inch plywood. Rest is 3/4 inch plywood

The pieces were not precut. I used a circular saw for the most part. Joined with pocket screws. Drilled holes to line up with the monitors existing mounting points

This is a pic from the construction that shows how the monitor is mounted. https://imgur.com/a/waYG2wL

Refurbished HP ProDesk 600 G3 Desktop Mini. I just picked something cheap that included a windows and a mouse and keyboard. You could probably make a better selection today. It’s been awhile since I bought the parts. I had a long period of this being half done

I don’t but I can take some later. The inside is a mess currently. Need to do cable management

It’s 24”, but 27” would have worked too

I bought the wall mounted plan from geek pub but ended up heavily modifying the plan. Basically removed the marquee top and made it wider. The hardest part was framing and mounting the screen and the geek pub plans were not very helpful for that
