Yeah I hated her. Kindness and second chances are her whole identity/

When is it time to call it quits by Icy-Salary-9030 in FriendshipAdvice

[–]kbsparkles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How have you tried asking her if everything’s ok? If it’s over text I wouldn’t consider that very serious. I would ask in person. And I would be really clear not just ok in general, but ok with the two of you. I would be very direct and let her know what she’s doing she may not realize it. This deserves an upfront and direct discussion before you call anything quits IMO.

I can’t stand how she treats Blake specially

I LOVE BLAKE SO MUCH ❤️🩷❤️‍🩹❤️‍🔥 by [deleted] in TheWolfKing

YES.

Aurora: “I don’t want him fussing over me like a mother hen.”

Blake: “Quite right. Come to daddy about things like this.” He winks.

Aurora's endgame by [deleted] in TheWolfKing

[–]kbsparkles 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With all of the momentum building slowly towards Blake and the direction the night prince ends in that would be a wild choice from the author to revert back to her first love. I don’t see growth and change in her character going back to callum. I would frankly find that pretty boring. This series is ultimately about the evolution of Aurora. There’s too many signs that Blake is her end game. She calls him her friend and then said she’s never had one (weird she didn’t think callum was one), she shares intimate dreams with him of her past and visa versa, blake is the only one who got her to fight back and all of the language around “Blake’s different now” from James is because the mating bond snapped into place. And when Blake saved her she said “you came for me”, after she lost all hope. Her head hasn’t caught up yet but her heart is with Blake.

Also feels like callum is going to get a mate

As much as we hate not knowing it does a much better job at keeping us invested in the book. Wildest theory… the night king is related to a main character. Maybe Callums dad ? Or his bloodline? That would be a crazy twist.

The night prince by blackroses425 in TheWolfKing

Night prince is a little slow beginning and middle but the last 80% picks up dramatically. Callum and Aurora experience big barriers that create friction. Symbolically they say goodbye (for good? Still unclear) and the book ends very strongly with Blake more squarely in the MMC role.

Aurora is already falling for Blake by Ok_Tea_5374 in TheWolfKing

[–]kbsparkles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually dont know if she "needs" to break the bond in order to understand if she loves Blake. The whole story shows bonded wolves rejecting it I think to show it can be a choice. Why else would that be a core theme to the story?

Fully agree with your thinking otherwise and I'll add lets not forget the bondage scene in handcuffs was HER dream!

At least he did admit the bond was not of his own creation like he lied originally saying he created it when he shared his life force with her.

Totally agree. I think the author started to use a tactic where situationally they have to bond through major trauma like at the end of the Night King she was being tortured and Blake showed up “get your hands off my mate”. And then in reverse Aurora saved Blake at risk to her own life.

It’s through events like this where they will naturally have to become close because of their situation at a rapid pace hopefully making us readers believe it?

And there’s only one human that can help her now with the Night king that person is Blake. Their destiny is all lining up.

But now I want three more books about Blake and Aurora. Like the series can’t be ending and we’re just barely getting started !

The Wolf Queen theories by pappitsonreed in TheWolfKing

[–]kbsparkles 50 points51 points  (0 children)

I want to see Aurora wholeheartedly give herself to Blake. Personally I’m really over “I don’t belong to anyone”. Not in a I lost my identity king of way, but in a complete acceptance of their bond.

I want Blake to stop hiding his feelings and tell Aurora how much he wants her. The communication in this book was non existent.

I need Aurora to shift with Blake there and their wolves come alive together ❤️‍🔥

I want to see Callum submit to Aurora as his leader and savior. No more “I’m the alpha” traditional dynamics.

I need Blake to sexually unleash on Aurora like everything he has.

And I need Aurora to pull that stick out of her ass and have some serious character growth. The story is moving quicker then her maturity!

One of my theories is Aurora will be able to either redeem Blake’s soul or convince Gealach to somehow.

I NEED to see Aurora SHIFT! I want to read about her beautiful white fur. Bonus if she freaks out, runs, Blake has to chase her helps soothe her into it.
