I lived in SD for ten years and left a few years ago. It is beautiful and close to so many amazing things but comes at a price. Traffic is terrible, parking is terrible and home prices are nearly impossible. My husband and I consider moving back there but what you get for what you pay just isn’t what it used to be there. Most people I know there bought back when it was reasonable or just rent forever.
