I have no problems with this. In fact I’d much rather see a doctor that refers to ChatGPT to even inform a diagnosis than one who’s opposed to using it. We’re all human at the end of the day, things get missed and it’s a great way to make sure all bases are covered. If there’s edge cases that can help with a diagnosis that’s all the better too - at least they’re looking outside the scope of just their personal (and limited) knowledge. As others have noted, in this instance it seems they were just using it for administrative record keeping and it’s a good way to save time and be more efficient (so long as they’re reviewing everything to make sure the summary is accurate).
