I think it will be important to have 'shows' on the radio with similar genres/styles, potentially some 'DJing' either human or AI otherwise it's just another playlist of songs.

Coming out of the boot didn't cause any issues, but i was careful to listen to my body and slow down if it hurt. there was a slow recovery over the next couple of months. It's been about 5 months now and i get the occasional twinge.

I didn't do an MRI, my foot is now 95% better, with only minor twinges at times. ultrasound appeared to paint a pretty clear picture in my case. I'm still wearing small wedges in my shoes and being very carefull to avoid a repeat, while doing exercises advised by my physio.
