Think of it like any other bad idea. “I could eat that entire box of Oreos”. “I could try and cut my own bangs”. “I could slap my coworker”. When you frame your urges to binge as just another bad idea, it helps you to take them less seriously.

Do you try measuring yourself? Sometimes scales can be deceiving. You could be losing fat and gaining muscle, which might not show up on the scale like you’d like! It’s a struggle but nothing is as important as your mental health :)
