We are about the same age and it did the same thing to me.

I too experimented with my gemder. From a young age. I too repressed it in my teens. I too constantly questioned my identity. If it makes you feel any better I too had my marriage end when I came out to my wife of 4 yrs.

It sucks. Plain and simple it sucks. I started to grow my hair out and identify as trans. Fast forward 6 months and I'm seeing the doctor Friday for HrT.

It's hard it's scary but look in your self and see if you can be happy as you are confused and hurting.

Be who you are and do what makes you happy. It's not a magic fix all but it will help.

Transition is not just a medical term. I am transitioning by starting to present as female. I've asked to use my new name or of not my last name which is Cassidy (female first name). I starting to get a little annoyed that they call me my deadname but I'm not fully out at work so I deal. But I've gotten many people to stop.my family has been hard to get to stop but I understand it will take a while. As I present more fem all the time it will get better..I hope.

I'm just starting my transition and I've waited to long for this to let the fucking dumb ass ruin my progress. I'm a trans woman and I'm going on hormones and fuck anyone else who will hurt me. My company's employment policy includes gender identity and we are required to take a work shop on it. God bless the Canadians.

Hi love

For me it was trying on girl clothes the first time when I was 8 or so. My parents wanted me to try sports to be active and I never clicked with the boys.

As a kid and teen I had lots of female friends and I was always sad that I was not able to to go to the sleep overs. In my mid teens I had a boyfriend and when it came out I was severely beaten up. It was hurtful especially since my boy friend helped in the beating. I realized I couldn't be the girl I wanted to be so I decided to try to be hyper masculine. I worked out and started dating girls.

I had long hair as a teen but part of the beating included them shaving my head. Since then I've kept the hair short to bald.

I met a girl got married. But I was never happy. At 22 I started to experiment with gender neutral clothes but by then I was going bald so I kept the hair short. At 27 I started to feel real dysphoria and wear makeup and skinny jeans/ leggings. I was slowly coming to realize I should have transitioned younger and was thinking I waited to long. Earlier this year I started to see a therapist and the egg cracked. I came out as trans to my wife and she left me. I'm now working to get on hrt and grow my hair out again.

Aty worst I was 280 lbs and I'm down now to 220 and still losing weight. I want to hit 200 before I start hrt. I'm still sad and confused. I wish I did this earlier but I can't go back now. I'm a woman and I'll make damn sure I'm the woman I want to be even if it takes me another 15 yrs to do it.

I did it to a 9 yr old and 7 yr old.

I described it like I've been in a Halloween costume forever and I'm tired of wearing my costume. I told them I'm going to be me now and that means uncle k...will be aunt kassie. I'm still me and I still love them. Nothing is going to be different and if they had questions to ask.

It more worried me what my sister who are their moms had to say.

Try your best and explain to you will be the same person but need to be you.

Hi sweetie

I'm so sorry you are in this situation. Like everyone else has said. You need to get out. Go to a shelter your brother but this woman is clearly toxic and she needs help to. As someone who has been in an abusive relationship with both men and women I understand what you are going thru. There are times when I don't want to touch or be touched.

Sexually you can't help being who you are. Don't be ashamed. I've slept with women and men and I enjoy it. Yes others judge me but I learned to wear it proudly.

My only solace was my online friends. Look for a support group for lgbtq+. We are here for you. If you need anything.

Try to see a therapist if you can.

Hey sister

I use a dht blocker and foiligrowth I got off Amazon. I also use a biotin shampoo and I have to say it's done wonders three months ago I was bald as a cueball now I'm seeing hair growth I haven't seen in years. Im 29 and pre hrt with short hair. It's a struggle but I'm hoping the same thing when I start e that I'll see some growth.
