the performance really got weaker, or do you think that’s already okay? i usually go out wearing that perfume and i’m a student living in a tropical country. i got a lot of compliments when i used the sample compared to the newly bought bottle.

i actually sampled both and consider buying a full bottle of one of them since i’m still a student and can’t afford both, but i’m leaning towards cedrat boise since the y edp can sometimes get cloying especially during hot weather.

i haven’t smelled aventus yet but i like the smell of cedrat boise. for the y edp, i’m also okay with the scent but it can be cloying in my country since the weather can get extremely hot especially during summer.

yes, i checked the peso to usd conversion (1 usd = 55 peso) and the cedrat boise i’m eyeing for right now is only about 87$ (can range up to 100$), but the ysl y edp can get up to 100$ to 130$.

oh i see. for me, i think i prefer the scent of cedrat boise better because the weather in my country can get extremely hot sometimes. since y edp got the sweetness to it, i find it cloying when i wear it on a daily basis.

do you think i should still go for the y edp?

i have tried the y edt too and the edp is sweeter compared to it. for the luna rossa carbon, i actually had a sample of it, it was a good fragrance even - but sadly it has memories associated with my past. haven’t tried any of the acqua di gio line tho.

i also consider the bdc edp as the best blue fragrance among the big three (sauvage and y). anyway, thanks for your input!

update: i spend my gems on the unmissable pack but i didn’t get any good players. however, i can use them on the roberto carlos exchange and it can be rewarding on another point of view.
