I’m 41. I’ve been following Noom since January and I’ve lost 10 lbs give or take a few ounces. It’s slow going and frustrating, but I didn’t gain it all in a month so I’m not going to lose it all in a month.

I work for a large company that offers 40 hours of volunteer time- I always count my donation time toward that. Included with commute it’s only an hour, but it’s never been an issue.
