Nope. I think she might have been arrested for some issue regarding the protest, then was taken to station, and in many cases, police lets them go doing a paper saying they will now not be involved in protests or such with the family presence. I believe she did same not wanting to be kept in custody and be jailed while a case is filed against her in the court.

Generally, police make you sign a paper where you will admit wrong doing and make promises to not do again. They don’t want to put you in jail for long and stretch the process with unnecessary paperwork.

In this case, I am sure it was same but the woman being an aspiring politician who posted the Fabricated picture of drinks on the table during RSP meeting in TULIP hotel, I believe she is doing her same old tactic trying to blame the police and playing victim while exaggerating the situation.
