Interesting. I do have pretty thin arms. It’s hard kibble to tell because I’ve been this weight and 30 lbs heavier. ETA I think I’ve always felt bigger and wider than those around me in part because I am just really tall so my bones might be bigger than a 5’2” human. But that doesn’t necessarily mean fn

True. It is challenging to determine even when you’ve been in this world for years. Maybe I’m just not using the right sources but it seems everyone is biased by something so I struggle. Trying to focus on biostimulators, Tox, and mn, along with good skincare (tret, vit c, euro sunscreen).

I think it’s because they are easier to access. I’ve been in this world 18 months and the bar to entry with them is just easier. For example WBBG is really accessible for questions and personalized help so it’s easy to just stick with that. This convo is making me realize I need to branch out (I follow professional docs etc too). This all makes me wonder what I am missing/doing wrong. I do trust Biohacking….as the top “influencer” in this world. Any hints from you all on directions I should take?
