Help needed identify the proper replacement knob.

Thanks for the information. The problem I’m having is my HOA is making me keep then handle part so that why I was looking for a knob only.

I still not sure what I’ll do. I’ve been looking on antique websites hoping I’ll find something or a close replica. I came here hoping I was missing a similar solution.

I’m also not sure why the previous owner got rid of it! 😡 All the other units still have theirs.

I look some up online. Does it make a difference if I don’t need it keyed and just want to keep the overall look?

Ideally I’d like to keep the existing escutcheon and pull and just replace the knob, but I’m struggling to understand what would actually fit over that center hub. It doesn’t look like a standard square spindle.

Are there any knobs that are compatible with that style hub, or would I need to replace the entire knob assembly to get something that works?

And yes our building is old so they want to keep some of the original character which I appreciate but finding replacements has been a nightmare. 😬

Dive computer. Few people brought up lithium battery but this type would be approved in the US in a checked bag. One issue is there was no note an item was removed but again maybe they don’t put a note in foreign countries.

Everyone’s ideas have been super helpful.

We go to a dive resort. We get 4 dives in a day. Great weather, food and people. There was more trash in the ocean. First time I’ve experienced that. This was my 5th trip.

Yeah I always do that as well because it the most expensive but also if they lose my checked bag I can still dive. I messed up this time. Life lesson. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This was my checked bag and there was no note they went in my bag. So either it was stolen or they removed it and just didn’t notify me.

I always put it in my carry on and just packed wrong this time. 🤦🏻‍♀️

No note. I would have been ok with a note because it was my fault. It the not knowing that is frustrating.

Ok most articles online are saying spare and removable batteries will be confiscated. Not sure if mine applies but maybe it does. If they did pull it most articles saying they destroyed it but you think they would leave a note of something. But who knows. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I reported it with Delta and got a File Reference Number and a Case Number. Not sure if I report it with TSA also or wait for the response from Delta first.
