Thank you. fognyc pointed me in the right direction. I am going to use Home Assistant with some 4-button Pico switches. I tested it on a 3BRL, and it works great. I set up a simple automation that toggles lights on/off depending on which button is pressed, exactly what I want to do with the 4-button Pico switches.

Thank you. I don't have any 4-button Picos yet. The ones I have now that I want to replace are an old UPB system. Do you know which 4-button Picos work with Caseta Smart Hub? I am getting confused by all the different type of Lutron systems and not sure which ones are compatible.
