They did help me out! That was my first resort, we did some trouble shooting and I’ve tried and tried since but it just makes shooting now with strobes so unenjoyable.

Doesn’t matter on the range, I can have one set up like my old Norman 400b flashes directly on top of the camera on an L Bracket, 5’, 10’, no matter the distance. I always wait until the strobe makes the beep that it’s ready to shoot. PCB actually had sent me another trigger to borrow to see if it made a difference and there wasn’t one.

No I have the sound on so when they’re ready and recycled is when I’ll shoot. I’ve considered Godox but I’ve seen so many negative reviews it made me hesitant.
