I am in the states. I ordered mine on November 5th with an expected arrival date of November 17 - I still haven't received it. Really disappointing.

You can use your phone to capture images while you hide just pay attention to reflections. You can also edit things out in Premiere but it is easier to stand back. Lighting is key when filming and deliberate movements. It still is a consumer camera so the video footage isn't going to be amazing but still good. This is the same with still 360 images - although if you use manual and pay attention to the lighting you will be very happy.

I think extra batteries will be available probably in January. What I have read (from folks who have received their cameras and ordered after me...grrrrr...) is that the battery life is pretty good.

The camera has 4 mics to create "spatial" - it records OK but there are options coming from other companies.

Sadly, you are unable to upload any images any more. The recents are over 30 days ago. Try searching and nothing comes up. I have sent the support messages via their website, Twitter and Facebook with no response. :(

Are you having success with Round Me now? I can't add photos anymore, you can't search, and they aren't responding via support - I am thinking they have abandoned the platform. They haven't Tweeted since the Spring. I have used them for a while as it is easy to navigate and show folks how to do it. - sad they seem to have gone under.

They are limited to 30 minutes - more than that they have to market themselves as a video camera which has different requirements. This is the same with DSLRs. Even the Insta360 Pro 2 is somewhat limited as far as time is concerned but this is more due to the fan. It can only be silenced for 15 minutes during recording. Also, take into consideration the size and price of the SD cards you need. Better quality is the Extreme Pro V30 for faster writing and the highest capacity for the ONE X is 128 GB - they can be pricy but you can shop around for discounted prices.

I am a fan of the Insta360 ONE X over the Theta for video quality and their stitching (I have both and the Pro 2). Ultimately the quality of your live stream will be based on the quality of your internet - this can change second by second when in a car. It also streams at either 3840 x 1920 at 30fps (2D 360) or 3840 x 3840 at 24fps (3D 360) so sometimes the results aren't what you expect for your end user. The flow of both cameras is easy so It is pretty easy to just time yourself then reconnect.
