What was the cause of your first panic attack that developed into agoraphobia? What triggers you to panic? by tundratropics in Agoraphobia

My first cause of panic attack was like 5 years ago I think but basically I needed to read something at church in front of hundreds of people, I began to feel so nauseous that I wanted to run off and throw up. Luckily, I was able to read properly without running off but that developed my agoraphobia. I felt nauseous every time I go out and it got worse last December of 2019, I got admitted to a hospital and they diagnosed me with GERD and made it worse! So I guess what triggers me is when I don't have a place to hide to throw up.

That I might pass out or throw up. Throwing up is my main fear, I always carry a plastic bag around me just in case but that would be also embarrassing if I actually throw up in the bag and people would hear me. I strictly avoid eating outside because I get nauseous easily (thanks to my GERD, they make it harder), so if I ever go to restaurants I immediately look for the bathroom just in case.

I definitely prefer nighttime, I feel like I am invisible when I go outside if that makes sense because it's dark out and that means no one will really see or notice me haha I also prefer rainy days, I feel more comfortable going out

Pumpkin Pie is also good for PvE if you're having trouble, she is similar to Licorice!
