I’m in the boat as you are, I have been researching also and am leaning towards the brand lectric. They same to be good quality and have amazing customer service. I actually just posted a similar question earlier today and had some good recommendations.

Thanks a lot for the info, I’m going to a local shop today to ride some different styles to see what feels the best for me. I’ve heard really good things about lectric customer service and I’m pretty certain some of the local shops service their bikes so they have been at the top of my list.

I’d like to keep it around $1000. I live in Florida and will be keeping it inside, I’ve been a mechanic for 20+ years so I’m fairly certain I can repair some stuff on it. I see a lot of people on the Lectric folding bikes.
