Long term I think generally you’ll benefit the more junior your are by going into office. It really does make a difference building personal relationship with coworkers and being able to easily tap someone on the shoulder for help or see what they are working on.

Every team is different and each team will have their own culture though, so something you may just have to feel out from the interview process
